Huayao advantage products are glass insulators with a capacity of 40kN-550kN, which can meet the requirements of 10kV-500kV ultra-high voltage and extra high voltage transmission and transformation lines.
Huayao strictly complies with GB, ANSI, BS, DIN, AS, IEC standard designs, applicable to power transmission lines and substations.
Huayao obtain type test report for products from Xi’an high voltage Apparatus research Institute Co.,ltd, Jiangxi Ceramic testing Center National ceramic product quality inspection and testing center etc.
Huayao welcome customer appoint third-party such as Intertek, BV, SGS etc for inspection of goods.
Huayao has established a production line for ultra-high voltage tempered glass insulators with advanced production technology by introducing world-class production and testing equipment from Germany, Italy, and other countries. It has the ability to produce over 6 million pieces of AC and DC glass insulators annually.
Huayao has established 1 natural gas electric melting glass insulator kilns with a melting area of about 50 ㎡, equipped with advanced tempering machines, cold and hot shock lines, homogenization treatment lines and other major production equipment, and has set up two modern production lines.
Huayao control the quality starting from the careful screening of raw materials and automatic batching, every link follows a strict technological process, from melting to pressing, from uniform tempering to cold and hot impact, homogenization treatment, to subsequent gluing, maintenance, inspection and packaging, until the final product leaves the factory.
